At GERTI we believe that education is the key to transforming long-term care and the lives of residents.
We offer educational programs that emphasize culture change and person-directed care. Through these continuing education programs we hope to improve the quality of life for all residents in long-term care and other senior living options.
GERTI is known in the area and nationally for leadership in educating the workforce on implementing culture change and person-directed care. GERTI has worked with hundreds of organizations throughout the state of Kansas to provide quality education to all.
Each of the GERTI instructors have direct care experience in long-term care and continue to work with residents, families, and employees on a daily basis at our long-term care center, Evergreen Community.
